The hotel offered a 24-hour coffee & tea corner, making it convenient for guests to enjoy a hot beverage anytime. the location was close to the subway, with a lovely walk through the book town. the staff were extremely helpful and always available to assist with any queries. the hotel also organized various activities such as parties and sake tasting nights, providing great value for guests.
Felt very satisfied, no complaints.
